Venting:

Basement Hoppers are only capable of venting inwards towards the interior of your home. They will open to a full 90 degree angle.

Exterior Color Options:

Northeast Windows USA offers five exterior color selections to give your house a distinct look and enhance its Curb appeal. All of our colors are fully extruded color throughout. Additionally, we are now offering a two-tone laminated window (laminated Exterior Black, Interior Cream White). Our laminated products are warrantied for 20 years against color fading.

LAMINATED EXTERIORS

Northeast Windows USA uses the highest performing Renolit Exofol FPX Film for all of our laminated exterior applications. There is no need to worry about color fading, chipping, or scratching like a painted or co-extruded product. All of our laminated products come equipped with a 20 year warranty. Beginning in October 2023, Energy Star Certification will be transitioning from Version 6.0 into Version 7.0. All of our products will have Energy Star 7.0 Certified configurations. In order to acchieve the required u-values, we will be utilizing a combination of both hardcoat and softcoat double low-e glass types along with foam filled extrusions.

Northeast Windows USA offers various grid profiles across all of our products. All of our profiles can be utilized to create any of the combinations seen below. All of our grids are located inside of our insulated glass units. Along with an internal flat grid, Simulated Divided Lites (SDL) are added to the exterior of the glass. SDL’s are offered in both the interior & exterior on our windows.

Blink blinds are the premier choice for internal systems. They are Child & Pet friendly, as well as completely
maintenance and clean free. They also come equipped with a 10 Year Warranty.

Our internal blinds will be offered in three different styles: Tilt & Turn, Raise & Lower, or Both. They will also be offered in both tempered and annealed glass.
