Northeast Windows USA utilizes both mono-extrusion & laminating processes to provide all of our current color offerings. Our sister company, Quality Lineals USA, extrudes all of our offerings fully solid colored throughout. We utilize industry leading UV Protectants, Acrylics, & Titanium Stabilizers to help combat weathering and color fading. All of our colors have gone through extensive weathering testing in 6-month, 12-month, & 24-month intervals, passing to the highest levels of success. All of our colors are currently AAMA & FGIA verified lineals.

Throughout our 75 years in business, we have learned many valuable lessons along the way. Additionally, we have gained an expertise & professional knowledge level of the best manufacturing processes. In our past, we use to offer co-extruded and painted products. We have learned over time, with a fully extruded product, there is no need worry about chipping or scratching like a painted product may.

As previously mentioned, Northeast Windows USA, utilizes both mono-extrusion & laminating processes to provide all of our current color offerings. Our Laminated Colors are acchieved throughout a highly detailed, slow, & extensive multistep process. To begin, all of our lineals are extruded fully solid colored throughout using a combination of UV Protectants, Acrylics, & Titanium Stabilizers to help combat weathering and color fading. Following the extrusion process, we utilize a state of the art laminating machine to add a layer high performance film to the exterior of our windows.

Northeast Windows USA uses Renolit Exofol FPX Film for all of our laminate applications. Exofol FPX is the highest performing film for the gobal market. It sets the starndard in terms of color fastness and durability. Exofol FPX is especially designed and formulated for harsh radiation, freezing temperatures, and tropical conditions commonly found in the North American Climate Zone.  Renolit Exofol FPX is highly resistant to ultraviolent rays, pollutants and salt water corrosion. It is proven in some of the world’s toughest weathering sites.

Utilizing a multistep layering process, our laminate is able to retain its beauty throughout our windows lifetime. The films low surface tension makes it inherently dirt repelent and easy to clean, even graffiti can be removed!

As a result of the excellent performance, Renolit Exofol FPX products are equipped with a 20 year warranty!!
